Ok... so he's only one and it's not like he's going to remember it anyway...
We didn't actually throw Joey a big bash for his birthday. However, knowing that the grandparents would be dying for pics... we went to the park and crashed another kid's birthday party just for the photo op.
Net savings = $40.... we put it right in his college fund.
